Only the number of persons permitted by the vehicle license are allowed to be riding the vehicle. No kind of vehicle is permitted to be driven on sand, on the beach, on dry lakes or off-roads. There is a fine of 150 € for breaking these conditions
With the third-party insurance coverage, the customer is entirely responsible for any damage incurred to the rental vehicle. CDW and FDW insurance plans are offered at an extra cost per day.
All insurance coverages are automatically invalidated if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or any drugs, or in case of traffic violation.
The customer is responsible for all parking and traffic violations. Damage to the tires, wheels and interior space, as well as underneath the car is not covered by any insurance plan. In case of accident, the customer must immediately report the incident to Fun Car & Rides and the Police.
